The factory tie rod (wheel to wheel) on a solid axle Hilux is a open target to damage from rocks and other low lying debris.

This replacement "Rock Rod" comes with a steering dampener bracket included. "Rock Rods" are the next generation in heavy duty steering links.

Made from solid 3140 chrome molly this unit replaces the factory tie rod running across the front of the diff housing on all solid axle Toyota Hilux's with factory steering. " Rock Rods" are zinc coated against corrosion & come complete with 2 x Ball joints, 2 x jam nuts and Posi Grip for extra grip when adjusting.

NOTE: - When ordering 1 x purchase = 1 x Rock Rod tie rod with tie rod ends and damper brkt for solid axle Hilux.
