Please do not return any goods for refund that do not meet all the below conditions.

Can I return products I have purchased through Snake Racing?

YES we accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase

Parts that have been abused, installed, modified, damaged or not in original packaging "WILL NOT" be accepted for a refund.

If you need to return an item, please sign in to My Account, view the order using the "Completed Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Refunds are provided for product only, "ALL" shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the purchaser and not refundable. .

A 20% restocking / handling fee will be applicable for all correctly shipped, items approved for return within 30 days of purchase.

Copy of Original Invoice
Your Bank Name
Your Account Name
Your Account Number
Your BSB Number

Refunds

Refunds are made in return to the method used for original payment, ie credit card, paypal EFT.

Refunds take between 2 - 4 weeks depending on original payment method. In many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
