If the delivery address is a Company please include the name of the company.
FREE SHIPPING - Applies only to orders with a "FREE SHIPPING" banner on the individual item buy page.
When you arrive at the checkout YOU MUST select a "SHIPPING OPTION" from the drop down menu bar.
Orders placed where you have NOT selected a shipping option, shows a ZERO amount, requires a quotation due to dimensions or weight will be sent a quotation after you place the order.
PO Boxes
Po Boxes can be used for items that can be accepted by a Post Office.
Suspension kits, leaf springs, wheel, tyres and items over 20kg cannot be delivered to a Post office or PO Box.

All Deliveries - Signature Required
Do not use a shipping address if you are not available to sign for the delivery.
Deliveries are from Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm
We do not leave items without a signature, at your front / back door or next door.
We will not ship to a secondary address if your 1st has no one home.
Fee's will apply for 2nd attempt deliveries and when items are returned to us for failure to collect.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have your tracking information once your order show shipped.
Delivery Times
Australia Post and Couriers deliver Mon - Fri 8am to 5pm.
The address you supply on your online order is the address your order will be shipped too.
Do not add a second address advising to deliver elsewhere if you are not at the first address.
If your order is oversize or heavy a work address is the better option.
If you do not have a suitable delivery address we can deliver to a courier depot where you can collect.
Contact us prior to ordering if you are unsure if your order can be delivered to your address.
Once an order is placed we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items.
Any changes to your order and contact is via the online portal that is connected to your order.
All orders are updated in real time with tracking and other related.
It is your responsibility to check for updates and tracking of your order, check your junk mail if you do not
have a tracking number. If not use the message portal and ask for the appropriate information.
Australia Post (under 20kg)
If your total order falls within the allowed dimension and weight for Australia Post, you will be offered delivery options provided in real-time by Australia Post's shipping calculator.
If you do not select a postage option we will supply weights and dimensions for you to organise your own freight.
Orders over 20kg require a shipping quotation prior.

Overweight / oversize Delivery (DO NOT SHIP FREE)
Shipping of suspension kits, leaf springs, wheels, tyres or other over dimension heavy items require a quote prior to ordering online.
All the above items ship on a pallet, a business address with a forklift is required to unload the delivery truck. If you do not have
a suitable address we will quote to ship to the closest courier depot where you can collect. If you are unsure contact us prior to payment.

Shipping estimates are based on the combined total size and weight of all products in the order. If you plan to order multiple products, feel free to contact us prior to placing your order, as we may be able to arrange a more economical delivery method.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full Kilogram.
International Orders
All international orders will require a shipping quotation prior to ordering.
It is up to the receiver / importer to check prior to ordering what can be sent to the destination country. Some countries may have restrictions on certain products being imported. We do not take responsibility for items that are rejected at point of country.
Import fees / Taxes and other expenses relating to your individual countries requirement are the receiver / importers responsibility. We cannot charge or calculate these fees. Returns are the responsibility of the purchaser, all costs relating to shipping taxes and any other fees are not refundable.
Please contact us prior to placing your order for a shipping estimate.
Payments for international orders are by PayPal or wire transfer only. Fees apply where applicable, we do not accept credit cards for international orders.
Fixed Shipping Costs
items listed with free or fixed shipping costs are for Australian locations only.
If multiple items are ordered the cost of the additional items will have shipping calculated after the order is placed.
